RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

At Rare Curator, we want every purchase to be made with total peace of mind and confidence.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request an exchange or a return within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your package.

RETURN CONDITIONS

For a return to be accepted, the products must meet the following requirements:

  • Be in perfect condition and show no signs of use.

  • Retain all original packaging, tags, and any other elements included in the initial shipment.

  • Not have been handled beyond what is strictly necessary to establish their characteristics, nature, and fit.

The customer is responsible for the care of the products while they remain in their possession. If a product shows damage, alterations, or clear signs of use, Rare Curator reserves the right to reject the return or apply a proportional reduction to the refunded amount.

THE RARE CURATOR EXPERIENCE

Certain pieces curated and sold by Rare Curator are part of a specific curatorial model where the identity of the artist or author is intentionally not revealed during the checkout process. The authorship is communicated at a later stage as an essential part of the project's conceptual experience.

The revelation of the artist’s, collaborator’s, or author’s name shall not, by itself, constitute grounds for a return based on product defect or non-conformity, as this mystery is an inherent part of the nature and conceptual proposal of Rare Curator, which is explicitly described on each product page. In these cases, the customer still retains their standard 14-day right of withdrawal under the conditions outlined herein.

SHIPPING COSTS AND REFUNDS

  • Return Shipping Fees: Unless otherwise stated or in the case of a defective item, the direct costs of shipping the return shall be borne entirely by the customer.

  • Refund Method: Once the product is received and inspected at our facilities, the refund will be processed using the exact same payment method employed during the original purchase.

  • Withholding: Rare Curator reserves the right to withhold the refund until we have safely received the returned goods or until the customer provides definitive proof of return shipment.

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

If a product arrives damaged, presents a manufacturing defect, or does not correspond to the item ordered, Rare Curator will handle its collection, replacement, or full refund at no additional cost to the customer. The user must notify us of any such issue within a maximum of 48 hours from receiving the package.

SPECIAL EDITION PIECES

For specific launches, collaborations, or limited editions, Rare Curator may establish distinct terms for exchanges or returns (such as all sales being final due to the exclusive nature of the piece). Any such terms will be explicitly indicated on the product detail page prior to purchase.
