- All prices displayed on our website are in Euros (€) and include the statutory Value Added Tax (VAT) applicable in Spain.
- Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at the time of checkout before you finalize your order.
- We make every effort to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's screen will display colors perfectly.
- We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

3. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

4. Shipping and Delivery
- We ship to the regions specified during the checkout process.
- Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of shipping. Rare Curator is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services or customs clearance processes.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns (Derecho de Desistimiento)
- In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order, without giving any reason.
- To exercise your right of return, you must notify us of your decision by email at: rarecuratorinfo@gmail.com.
- Products must be returned unused, in their original condition, and with all original packaging and tags attached.
- Unless otherwise specified, the direct cost of returning the goods will be borne by the customer.

6. Errors and Omissions
Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
